The Silver Garuda Pillar: Located between the main sanctum and the entrance, this pillar was erected to shield devotees from the poisonous breath of Vasuki, who resides in the inner sanctum. It is a unique architectural solution to a mythological phenomenon.

Architecture of the Shrine

The temple showcases traditional **Kerala-style and Dravidian architecture**. The main sanctum contains a pedestal with the idols of Lord Subramanya and Vasuki on the upper dais, and Lord Shesha at a slightly lower level.
